Greatly enjoyed Mykolaiv

The staff were supportive, top-notch services. We had an apartment with a large balcony. - the room had central heating, a TV set, and a mini bar fridge, plus a safe for safety measures

Very good hotel, located in centre of city. Breakfast included in price of room and breakfast was very good with plenty of food to choose from. If hotel was busy it was buffet breakfast and you helped yourself. If hotel was quiet you were served individually, still with plenty of food on your plate. No continental breakfast here, leaving you starving! Room was large for single room with double bed, shower, hand basin and toilet.

Difficult to pay for room? I tried a few times to pay for room at beginning of holiday and was told to come back later. After one week of holiday I managed to to get room paid for, but when I said I wanted to pay by American express credit card, they said it would be 6% exrta charge for credit card. I complained saying Booked.net guarantees cheapest price and if I paid an extra 6% then it would not be cheapest price. After checking with manager they said I did NOT need to pay extra 6% charge and took my credit card for price quoted by Booked.net.

Great stay for winter time, no reason to complain. Excellent breakfast — plenty of meals. Wonderful staff, updated and quiet room with air conditioner, minibar. Unbeatable, excellent location to get to the coffee shop...

The staff here were super nice and top-notch. the room looked like it was just built, and they even had an air conditioner to keep it cool 😊.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and were very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable and quite. Also they had a very good breakfast.

I stayed 2 nights and both mornings I had to wait for hot water to take a shower, but after about 9am there was plenty of hot water

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right on the main walking street with easy access to the best cafes and restaurants in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the large balcony that offered a nice view of the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't have asked for more.

Its prime location, situated right in the center of Nikolaev, makes it the perfect base for exploring the bustling pedestrian street and all the attractions nearby. The rooms, complete with air conditioning and some even featuring a large balcony, provide a comfortable and cozy stay. The attention to detail and friendly staff ensure a pleasant experience. And to top it all off, the delicious breakfast included in the stay is a great way to start the day.

The rates were surprisingly good for a hotel located right in the heart of the city. The hotel's location on the main pedestrian walking street was perfect, with easy access to the best restaurants, cafes, museums, and attractions. The breakfast buffet, although not large, was sufficient and delicious. we would definitely stay here again.

No air-conditioning and outdated facilities. Need for renovations and updates.
